WHO WE ARE

PUNCTUALITY: when you book with us, your time will be valued and respected. please be sure to arrive on time or early to your appointment to be respectful of upcoming appointments. a $10 late fee will be applied after 15 minutes after 30 minutes without proper contact, the appointment will be cancelled.

HAIR: please arrive to your appointment with clean, stretched, dry hair.
LACE: should be dropped off 48-72 hours before your appointment time. Same day customization is an additional $25 fee. Transparent or HD lace is strongly recommended.
Consultation needed for used lace from other stylist
DEPOSIT: a $15 deposit will be required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment via Cash App ($cinayy), Zelle, PayPal, or Apple Pay (please be aware that if a deposit is not received the appointment is not yet confirmed). The remaining balance for the service will be due in cash at the time of your appointment.
